Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer:

Semi-automatic tray sealers the sealing process is automated, such as heat and pressure application, while tray loading and unloading are done manually. After the tray is placed on the sealing mould, the tray is pushed into the sealing station. There are user-friendly interface for adjusting sealing parameters such as sealing time and temperature.
On some tray sealers there are options for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum skin packaging.

Automatic Inline Tray Sealer:

Automatic tray sealers automate the entire sealing process, including tray loading, product filling, film or lid placement, heat sealing, and tray unloading. These sealers have advanced automation capabilities, high production speeds, and are suitable for larger scale operations. They often incorporate conveyors, sensors, and tray insertion modules to automate tray handling.
On some tray sealers there are options for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum skin packaging.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) Tray Sealer:

MAP tray sealers create a modified atmosphere within the sealed trays to extend product shelf life by replacing the oxygen with a specified gas mixture.
These sealers incorporate gas flushing systems to replace the atmospheric air from the tray with a controlled gas composition. MAP tray sealers are commonly use to extend the shelf life in the food industry.

Vacuum Skin Packaging Machine:

Vacuum tray sealers remove air from the trays before sealing. A flexible film is tightly sealed around the product, conforming to its shape and creating a skin-tight package.
These sealers uses a vacuum pump to removes air from the tray, allowing for an airtight seal. y sealers are commonly use to extend the shelf life in the food industry.
